I help people who are tired of guessing. If you've been told everything looks fine but you still don't feel like yourself, my job is to help you look at the whole picture and find a clearer place to start.

My story
Like a lot of the people I work with, I spent years pushing through — low energy, restless nights, and a body that felt like it was working against me. I tried the advice everyone gives: sleep more, stress less, eat better. Nothing stuck, because nothing was connected.
What finally changed things was stepping back and looking at the whole picture instead of one symptom at a time. That's the work I do now: wellness education, nutrition and lifestyle habits, emotional wellbeing, and essential oils — brought together into something realistic you can actually follow.
My role isn't to diagnose or replace your medical care. It's to listen, educate, help you connect the dots, and give you a clearer path forward.
How I work
I listen to the whole story
Symptoms rarely show up alone. Before anything else, I want to hear what your days actually look like — sleep, food, stress, energy, and everything in between.
I look for patterns, not labels
Your Wellness Scan gives us a starting point. Together we look for patterns across energy, digestion, sleep, stress, hormones and metabolism.
I translate it into next steps
Information only helps if you know what to do with it. You leave with a simple, realistic Wellness Map built around your life.
